Netgear Nighthawk AC3200 X6 Router Introduces Concept of Tri-band Wireless

Networking tool manufacturer, Netgear has come up with a new model of router named, Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Router. It provides a combined speed of 3.2 Gbps, which is faster than the most of its competitors.

Netgear Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Router introduces concept of tri-band wireless that can prove very effective to provide networking for a large number of devices located in the small area, or for home network. It provides three different bands for data transmission with different frequencies. Two of the frequency bands are 5GHz and the other one is 2.4GHz, with 1.3Gbps and 600Mbps speed, respectively. These bands combine to deliver a total speed of 3.2Gbps (1.3Gbps+1.3Gbps+600Mbps). So, it is quite clear that one particular device cannot use a complete of 3.2Gbps of internet speed with this router, but to support a number of devices with high speed data connection, tri-band technology is really appreciable. Though the ultimate speed delivered by the router will depend on the speed delivered by service provider.

Other features of this amazing router includes:
  • USB storage access and video streaming with USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 support
  • 1GHz dual-core processor
  • 6 high-powered antennas
  • IEEE 802.11 support

However, setting up a wireless network cannot be accomplished without a proper software installation and some system setting tweaks. If you require wireless network setup support or router support, you can reach Live PC Expert via:
